Xrae Management
Our Story
Two people, one ocean apart, and the agency they built together.
How They Met
It started with a message on Instagram. After a fortnight of late-night conversations across an ocean, Red flew to New York City to meet Amanda. They spent two weeks wandering the East Coast, learning everything about each other and, somewhere along the way, falling in love. Saying goodbye at the airport proved too difficult, so Amanda packed her bags and followed her heart to England. Six months later, Red proposed. Fifteen years on, they’re still choosing each other every day.
Building Something Together
Then COVID came, and Red’s tattoo shops fell silent for most of a year. With his passion for photography and plenty of time on their hands, they learned everything they needed to launch a YouTube channel as a second income, which eventually led them into the world of OnlyFans. They threw themselves into learning marketing, social media and the daily rhythm of running an account, and before long their side hustle was out-earning their day jobs. So they took the leap, sold the shops and gave it everything. Within 18 months, the two of them had built a repeatable system that grossed $1.8 million and drew more than 53,000 paying subscribers.
Why They Started Xrae
As the business grew beyond what two people could carry, they turned to an agency for help, hoping to go further. What they found instead were empty promises and nothing to back them. So once again they did it themselves, but this time not just for themselves. They wanted to hand everything they’d learned to the creators coming up behind them. That’s how Xrae Management was born: an agency built by creators, for creators.
Unlike the agencies that simply claim to be female-led, Red and Amanda live this life. They know both sides of the camera, the freedom it offers and the weight it can carry. And they’ve learned how to pass on their system with a level of care and support that, in this industry, is still far too rare.
