Privacy Policy

Who we are
Xrae Management (“Xrae”, “we”, “us”) is a creator management agency based in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this website, which means we decide how and why it is used.
This policy explains what we collect when you visit our website or apply to work with us, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you complete our application form, we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, location, social media handles, and information about your accounts, content and earnings.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and how you arrived at the site. Some of this is collected using cookies (see below).
How we use your information
We use your information to review your application and decide whether we can work together; to contact you about your application; to provide our management services if you become an Xrae creator; to run, secure and improve our website; to measure how our adverts perform; and to meet our legal obligations.
Our lawful bases
We rely on our legitimate interests to review applications and to run and improve our website; on taking steps before entering into a contract with you when you apply; on your consent for non-essential cookies and any marketing; and on legal obligation where the law requires us to keep or share information.
Sensitive information
Because of the nature of our work, some information you share with us may be considered special category data under UK data protection law. We only ask for what we genuinely need, and we process this information with your explicit consent, which you give when you choose to submit it. Please don’t include more personal detail in your application than you’re comfortable sharing.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host (Squarespace), our application form provider (Typeform), analytics and advertising platforms, and members of our team who are bound by confidentiality. We may also share information where the law requires it.
International transfers
Some of our service providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where your information is transferred abroad, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
If your application is unsuccessful, we delete your information within 12 months. If you become an Xrae creator, we keep your information for as long as we work together and afterwards for as long as the law requires, for example for tax and accounting purposes.
Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies to work properly. With your consent, we also use analytics and advertising cookies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our adverts. You can change your cookie choices at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to ask for a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Age requirement
Our services are only for adults. You must be 18 or over to apply, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
